What is your return policy
Easy Returns:
We want you to love what you've ordered! If for any reason you'd like to return your item, no worries. You have a 30-day window for exchanges or refunds. Just remember, this doesn't apply to earrings – sorry!

Can I exchange an item?
If you require a different size or would like to exchange what you’ve bought for another piece, we are happy to offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To proceed with an exchange, simply follow the below instructions:
Fill out the returns section on the order slip that came with your parcel, specify you would like an exchange, and state which item you would like to swap for. If the new item is more expensive, you will receive an email notifying you to make the additional payment. If the item you choose is lower in price, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
Where should I send a return?
Returns should be sent back to the address on the bottom of the paper receipt in your order. If you no longer have this drop us an email where we will happily help you process your return.
